The Story of Team LFA
Big Dreams, Bright Lights, and Best Friends
Everyone has a dream, and every company begins as a vision waiting to be brought to life. Turning that vision into reality takes passion, dedication, and drive—along with the courage to keep going when the path forward feels uncertain. Watching our own dream come to life has been a surreal experience, and we’re grateful to share a glimpse into how that vision began to take shape.
With mental health at the forefront, one phrase in particular came to define LiquidFlow Art.“Speak kindly to yourselves, you talk to yourself more than anyone else.” Those words have been used for years as the parting message from Michael’s TooSykk live streams, and they remain at the heart of what we do at Liquid FlowArt.

Micheal TooSykk
Chief Creative Officer
In Northern California, our Chief Creative Officer Michael began building his side of the dream in 2021. His deep love for electro dance, which was cut short by a knee injury in 2012, found new life through flow art in the form of gloving. Micheal has been gloving on and off since 2010 but didn’t focus showcasing his craft until 2021. Under the name TooSykk (inspired by his former gamer tag) he began focusing full time on his gloving social media platform while balancing various jobs, being an involved father to his four children and a devoted husband to his wife. Drawing from his own lived experiences, including mental health struggles and overcoming alcohol addiction, Michael turned to gloving as a way to channel his emotions and find healing through creativity. What began as an artistic outlet quickly grew into something much deeper – he even credits gloving as a pivotal part of his journey to sobriety. His content became more than just gloving—it became a source of positivity, encouragement, and connection for him and his followers. His honest messages around mental health and addiction resonated with people from all walks of life who were drawn to gloving as a true art form.
Blake Freeman
CEO – Marketing Manager
Meanwhile, on the southern coast of California, our CEO Blake discovered Michael’s live stream one night while scrolling TikTok—and immediately recognized something special. Having watched gloving in person for years, Blake was struck by Michael’s rare ability to translate the art so clearly and beautifully through a small phone screen. He continued tuning in night after night, drawn not only to the talent and storytelling abilities, but to the values Michael consistently shared—promoting mental health awareness, self-compassion, and positive self-talk.
Blake’s journey is rooted in hard work and persistence. Entering the workforce with a part-time job at 15 years old, he steadily worked his way up the professional ladder, ultimately building a successful career in the corporate world. A hands-on father to his son and a dedicated husband to his wife. Blake had long dreamed of building something of his own—a meaningful business that would allow him to break the mold of societal expectations and create something he could share with his family and the world. Even while holding a high-level position at a large corporation, Blake chose to pursue that dream, balancing full-time work, family life, and the early foundation of Liquid FlowArt with unwavering dedication.

Glovey
LFA Mascott
If you know Liquid FlowArt, you know Glovey—and it all started with the mask. In an effort to keep the page essentially “faceless,” Michael created the character of Glovey—a fun-loving, whimsical character designed to resonate with audiences of all ages and backgrounds. To become Glovey, Michael wore a mask while filming content and developed illustrations of the character to shape the page’s visual identity. In the early days, Michael experimented with several versions of the character, but as the vision evolved, one feature quickly became Glovey’s signature element: the eyes. Later, Michael added a voice to the character using a voice changer on his mixer, bringing the character fully to life via live streams on TikTok where fans could interact in real time with Glovey while they watched him perform. What followed was instant connection. Glovey wasn’t just a visual—he was a personality. Cute, funny, kind, and just a little sassy, Glovey captured hearts immediately. Viewers began returning night after night to watch Glovey perform, eager for the mix of uplifting advice and lighthearted humor he brought each time.
